This skill/transformation was used by Machina after he had begged Athena for him to use it. As shown in the picture on the right, Machina transforms into a giant serpent with a crystal/jewel in its forehead, which is his true form.

This transformation is highly powerful as it completely stopped Isumi's ultimate technique, the Seven Divine Generations.
