Differences in the Manga[]

Chapter 119
  • Upon seeing Maya in her bedroom, Nagi asks her where she fell from before realizing that she was an alien. In the manga, Nagi mistakes her for a child then questions her strange clothes and asks if she had met her before.
  • At the Shimoda train station, the Hakuo Three Amiga discuss the mysterious meteorite that crashed in Shimoda. Yukiji points out to them that the meteorite was a UFO, then opts for them to go to the hot springs. This is absent in this episode.
Chapter 120
  • Curious about Maya's alien technology, Nagi asks her if she had any secret items that would give her a nice body. But much to Nagi's annoyance, Maya just hands her a bottle of milk. This is absent in this episode.
  • Downstairs, as Hayate and Maria play ping pong. Hayate remembers that he made a promise with Ginka to give Isumi some of his blood. This is absent in this episode.
  • As Hinagiku and Ayumu leave the hot springs, Hinagiku asks Ayumu on why she was in Shimoda, to which Ayumu jokingly suggests that they met by fate. They then notice Maya's spaceship outside the Saginomiya hot springs. This is absent in this episode.
  • As Nagi accompanies Maya, Nagi tells her that she has a flustered friend who does stupid things and then notes to Maya that her spaceship should be at the Saginomiya hot springs. This is absent in this episode.
Chapter 121
  • At the Shimoda Sanzenin mansion, Maria wakes up and senses a ominous premonition. This is absent in this episode.
  • Having found the spaceship, Nagi asks Maya to use her "abracadabra technology" to give her a sexy body, to which Maya tells her that she doesn't own a wand. This is absent in this episode.
  • As Ginka left the room after she had struck Hayate on the head, Isumi is shown cradling Hayate as she apologized to him. In the manga, Isumi was standing while he was picking himself up.
  • Having been surprised by Kotetsu's sudden presence, Hayate backs away from him while calling him the freak from the Hinamatsuri festival. In the manga, Hayate asks him why he was at the Saginomiya residence, to which Kotetsu tells him that he followed him there.
  • After Nagi had walked in on them, Kotetsu refers to Hayate as his lover, to which Hayate then criticizes him for his choice of words. This is not present in this episode.
  • After having referred to Nagi as a little child, Nagi shoves Hayate as she called him an idiot. This is not present in the manga.
  • Afterwards, as Nagi angrily suggests for him to go play with Kotetsu, Kotetsu embraces Hayate from behind, prompting Hayate into knocking him out. This is absent in this episode.
Chapter 122
  • After Hayate asked Maya about her ship, Maya tells him that her ship was programmed to leave Earth at sub light speed. She then explains Urashima's effect theory that the time in the spaceship and earth will begin to differ and that a day in the spaceship would be a few years on Earth. This is absent in this episode.
  • After Hayate asked Yukiji why she was in Maya's spaceship, Yukiji drunkenly tells him that she was jealous that her sister got to go to Shimoda and that she decided to hold supplementary classes at Shimoda. In the manga, Yukiji drunkenly told him that the spaceship was flying.
  • In a Shimoda changing room, as the Hakuo Three Amiga discuss Yukiji's whereabouts, Izumi and Miki are shown to be wearing robes, while Risa was wearing a towel. In the manga, Izumi is shown wearing a robe, Miki was changing out of her clothes, while Risa had nothing on.
    • Additionally, Izumi's robe is shown to a plain pink. In the manga, her robe was shown to have a floral pattern on it.
  • While trying to reason with Yukiji into stopping the spaceship, Hayate notices all the empty alcohol bottles near the ships controls and punches her, knocking her unconscious. This was omitted in this episode.
Chapter 123
  • Eight years ago at Yukariko's grave, Nagi shows Isumi a drawing of Maya and her spaceship and tells her that her mother needed a spaceship to reach her star, prompting Isumi to ask her if she wanted to see her mother again. This is absent in this episode.
  • After Hayate asked Nagi on what kind of person her mother was, Nagi tells him that she looked like him, causing Hayate to jokingly suggest that he and Nagi are siblings. This is absent in this episode.
  • After having hit Nagi on the head with a paper fan, Sakuya tells her that if she kept a gloomy expression, her face would look like Isumi's. This is absent in this episode.
  • When Hayate is greeted by Maria, she tells Hayate that she thought Nagi and him were abducted by aliens after having realized that they never came home during the night. This is absent in this episode.
  • After everyone had arrived, Kotetsu calls Nagi, Maria, Hayate, Hinagiku, Ayumu and The Hakuo Three Amiga to the sakura viewing party. In the manga, Kotetsu offers Hayate a homemade lunch that was filled with his love.
  • After Hayate had asked Nagi if she wanted to see her mother again, Nagi tells him that if she ever did met her again, it would be in a dream or as a ghost, before noting that her mother would be surprised at seeing another ghost and would cry. This is absent in this episode.
  • Later at Yukariko's grave, as Nagi overhears Hayate tell Yukariko that he would like to grant Nagi's wish, Nagi's thoughts of how he was being platonic is absent in this episode.
  • Afterwards, Hayate's line to Yukariko about how he'll make sure Nagi would go to school and eat pimento is also absent in this episode.
  • After having introduced her new butler to her mother, Nagi tells Yukariko that Hayate would fulfill all the wishes she couldn't and asks for her to be at ease and watch over him. This is absent in this episode.
